老早就公布过了，只是效率慢到~~~
还要等到明年才有“一点点”希望。那么这段时间还的怎么算？一定还有一大堆问题。

ano..i thought i have no hope to reduce it to 3% even though the government announced it years ago, but the good news is, at least now i successfully registered (as stated in the web lar) that it's in the process lo...hope it really works WELL

ming -- yea i successfully registered jor...mine is 07, u shud be 06 mar, but 06, as i know need to wait till 1/11/2010 oo
